How to Make an American Quilt

I spent a lovely evening with my Stitching buddy, Leanne.
We both enjoyed watching How to Make an American Quilt and working on stitchery projects!
A great way to spend a summers evening!

Remember my bed, in all its nakedness?

Well its new quilt is almost ready....all pieced and off to be quilted!

Hi Cathy
I do like that quilt! It makes a big impact on the bed. I'm sure it will be beautiful when it's quilted.
Must get that movie. My significant other is away visiting his mum this long weekend, so I might just hit the video store.

Pretty! I was upset when, at the last of the movie, she drug that quilt through the dirt in the corn field! My daughter said, "Mom, it's only a movie"! To which I replied, "yes, but that's REAL dirt"! I'm so screwy....

LOVE your quilt! Doesn't it make the bed look beautiful!

Cheery wave!
