A Day with Helen and Lynette

Saturday saw Leanne my good stitching friend, Georgia my youngest daughter, and myself heading off to Hobart for.....

This was Georgia's first stitching day. I think she had a nice day? She did make mention of feeling a bit like a Nanna and being the youngest, but I was happy she came and shared the day with us. It was lovely to see her chatting and crafting with ladies....

I always love catching up with Jo....she had a very busy day helping out...look at the great tags and decorations that she made....your a very talented lady!!

 Our name tags....

Leanne. Lynette, Pauline and myself....It was terrific meeting Lynette for the first time, she is a very friendly and talented lady. It was also amazing to see Miss Pauline looking so cheeky and relaxed!!!

 Lynette's Table of goodies....

 Lynette's project for the day.
I'm planning to make this Spring mini-quilt for my 12 inch frame.

And it wouldnt be a totally fulfilling day without purchasing a new quilt pattern now would it...Stitched By Me is another gorgeous Lynette Anderson pattern that I cant wait to start!!

 Helen, Leanne and myself...

 Helen's table of prettiness...

Helen's project of the day, a needle case using some of Helen's own fabric range.

I was impressed with my efforts for the day and I plan to use this design to make something a little different....
What a wonderful day. Thank you to all the ladies for a fun and relaxing Saturday, inparticular  Helen, Lynette and Jo..xx
