Fancy Dress Fifty

On the 22nd of December we all went to our friends 5oth birthday. It was a themed party and we were asked to dress up as our favourite movie star character.
The girls and I had lots of fun planning and collecting our costumes.

 Marilyn Munroe no less.

A sexy Arabian Knight with Marilyn.

Minnie Mouse and a Punk Rocker.

I must apologise for my lack of craft posts lately. I have been stitching a little but with moving house and Christmas I havent a great deal I can share, soon though!
NOT next week though as Andrew and I are flying to Hong Kong in the morning for a 7 day holiday. This will be the first time we have been away alone for over 20 years, it feels a little like we are going on our second Honeymoon...haha!

Hey Cathy
Enjoy Hong Kong. My husband and I were in China earlier in the month. At least it will be warmer where you will be than where we were!
Enjoy your second honeymoon (which is exactly how it should be!). Get a bit of shopping in : if there is a copy market near by, treat yourself to some special fakes. My 'rolex' and Louis Vitton purse are still going strong from last year's trip! :)
