Cherry Shed Stitching Day

On Saturday, the morning after the Flapper's and Gangsters surprise birthday party I went to the Cherry Shed at Latrobe for a stitching day.
I was a little under the weather to say the least (see previous post) so I had a very quiet and unproductive day!
I have to admit I even forgot my camera, so I unashamedly admit to "borrowing" all of these pictures from the organised ladies in our group. I know they don't mind as we had a discussion about sharing blog pictures on the day.
So Thank you Leanne, Jo, Christine, Lib, Razzy and Sarah for being
such sharing stitching friends....

 The cherries no less!

 Lots of business!!

Lots of stitching, laughing, joking and teasing.....

Crumbed Camembert- very yummy, but not such a great choice considering my delicate disposition..

FIS Block of the Month quilts...
The ladies bought their finished quilts to share. I have a 2010 BOM quilt hiding somewhere that I must find and complete.

And this is my pathetic effort. I completed the yellow centres and the red flowers in the top left corner....hopeless!!

You still look like you had a fun day...........and some stitches are better than none.

It sure was a great day! And you got more done than me when we went to the Exter Friendship Day LOL

It's never about the stitching, it's about the company. However, I don't have any sympathy for hangovers (sorry).
However, it doesn't seem to have impacted on your work much! :)

What a wonderful venue, fresh cherries on tap. Nothing like locally grown cherries yummo.
