Eliza and Ethan

My Neice and Nephew were well over-due for new quilts. Eliza still had "Matilda's Station" on her bed and Ethan was sleeping under a lap-sized I-Spy quilt.
So for Christmas I made them both "grown-up" peoples quilts.

Eliza's favourite colour is aqua so I made her a "Sparking Gemstones" quilt from The Jellyroll Book using the aqua and grey fabric from the Ruby range.

And here is my gorgeous neice all cuddled up in her quilt.

My nephew Ethan is motor bike crazy, not surprising as his Dad, my brother Chris, is a motor bike mechanic and runs his own motor bike business. When I saw this pattern, "Vintage Motorcycles" in the Keepsake Quilting magazine I knew it would be great for Ethan.

And here is the rat-bag all smiles and cheek!!
