Fanfare and Drum Roll Please!!!

It is official, Nice People Nice Things is finally finished!!!
This quilt has been a marathon effort. Even DD2 commented by saying "You have been doing that for ever." And it sure felt like forever too!
The stitcheries were fun, but the Quilt-as-you-go method of putting it together is definetly something that you only try once!!
Winges aside it is a beautiful quilt and I really love it. (now that its finished)
It is sitting in pride of place on Pappa's Chair!
Even Samual George, the family Cat inspected the end result!

Wow, Catherine it looks fantastic. You should be so proud of allthe effort you have put into it. I am keen to try quilting as you go method so won't be rushing now.

Congratulations. It is a beutiful quilt. I have a friends who always use this quilt as you go method and she loves it. I have never gived it a try.
